Ladies' Nautilus gets snow-set diamonds and rubies in white gold

The Patek Philippe Nautilus 7118/1452G-001 is a gem-set version of the ladies' Nautilus, introduced in 2023. It has a 35.2 mm case in 18k white gold, paved with brilliant-cut diamonds and rubies using the snow setting technique. That method places stones of varying sizes close together so little bare metal shows. A sapphire case-back reveals the self-winding calibre 26-330 S. It is still in production.
