Automated virtual assistant

The phone system can handle common support requests, like checking an order's status or initiating a return without human-intervention.

Free number

Every account comes with a free local or toll-free number. Existing numbers can be transferred.

Customizable menu

The menu is easy to change and supports many options: call transfers, playing audio or text, voicemail, and sub-menus.

Call screening

Callers can be prompted for their order number before the call is transferred to an agent. The agents will be provided with links to the customer profile and order page, so they don't waste time trying to locate the customer data.

Voicemail to E-mail

A voicemail prompt can be added to any menu option. They're delivered to your e-mail as a .mp3 file.
