Dialtone is a place to share photographs of watches and connect with other enthusiasts. By creating an account or using Dialtone, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Dialtone.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; doing so removes your posts, comments, and other content.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting, you grant Dialtone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harassing, or that you don't have the right to share. Don't impersonate others, spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.

We may review reported content and, at our discretion, remove posts or comments, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Members can mark items as “for sale” to signal interest. Dialtone is not a party to any transaction between members, does not process payments, and is not responsible for any sale, purchase, or dispute. Deal carefully and at your own risk.

Dialtone relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, email, and infrastructure. Your use of Dialtone is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

Dialtone is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dialtone and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above. Continuing to use Dialtone after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
